Light or visible light is a form of energy received by human eye quantified in nanometers. As identified below, lights can vary from extremely short wavelengths of cosmic radiation as low as 10^-6 nm, to extremely long audio frequencies going up to 10^16 nm. However, within this range, the narrow band of 380 to 780 nm is perceivable by human eye called the visible range. Over the years, there have been many different types of light bulbs such as the incandescent, Fluorescent, LED, and Halogens to list a few and all these artificial light sources aim to reproduce the light within the visible electromagnetic range; however the light qualities are different depending on how the sources are constructed and their components which can be measured using Colour Rendering Index (CRI).
